
How does the drop off and pick up work?
Drop off and setup is done in 1-2 hours before your scheduled party time begins depending on package size. Pickup is coordinated for the following day before noon!
What areas do you service?
We are located in Broken Arrow and service the surrounding areas such as Tulsa, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, Coweta, Inola, and Claremore.
Are there refunds?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable and is required for booking. A party may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original scheduled date if needed with no extra fees.
What happens if one of the tents or beds is damaged?
This is included in the Protection Equipment Fee and helps us to replace any damaged products.
What if you don't have a theme I want?
Ask us! We are always open to adding new themes to our list and welcome fresh ideas.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
We require a 25% deposit which goes toward your total package cost. You are able to pay the total if you'd like, but it is not necessary to pay the total until the morning of your delivery.
